Quality Assurance &Control

In order to enhance the quality of the Graphite products, we use two techniques:Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC). These two practices make sure that the final product meets the stipulated quality requirements and defined standards.

The truth is that both concepts have strong interdependence. QA relies mostly on the QC feedback and both work to deliver good quality products but they are different processes.

Although QA and QC are closely related concepts and both are aspects of quality management, they are fundamentally different in their focus:

  • QC is used to verify the quality of the output

  • QA is the process of quality management

Key Point

QC Responsibility
Our QC in manufacturing highlights the importance of thorough examination and testing of the product quality to find defects.

the Raw Material

1.All of the raw materials are sourced from the certified Graphite works directly with the qualified test report.
2.The raw material samples are selected randomly from bulk goods before the bulk production and then submit to make the ralated  tests to analyze their structure, composition etc., and match with the standard to make sure the raw material was qualified.

Inspection for Dimension
The first batch of bulk products are checked on the worktable according the technical drawing or parameter. During the production, the special inspection tools are applied to control the ralated data.

Mechanical testing
Before the delivery, we need the report to reassurance and certify that our Graphite products were qualified for an intended use, such as composition, harness to meets the customer’s specifications.Mechanical testing uses tensile and hardness testing to safety of our Graphite products. The testing is an integral process to test our graphite raw material or graphite products performs under exacting conditions and whether it complies with the qualified products standards.
