Graphite boxes are widely used in precision casting. They offer several advantages, including high-temperature resistance, precise machining accuracy, even temperature distribution, and easy demolding. These boxes find applications in various fields, particularly for casting precious metals like gold and silver.

1. Mold Production: Graphite boxes have been used in mold production for over 50 years. They provide excellent thermal stability and are commonly used in aluminum, gold, and silver casting.

2. Heat Exchangers: Graphite heat exchangers are widely used in industries such as fertilizer, agro-chemicals, VCM, plastics, environmental remediation, and specialty chemicals. They offer excellent corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity.

3. Energy Storage: Graphite is used in batteries, including lithium-ion batteries. Approximately half of a lithium-ion battery is made of graphite, which stores energy generated by solar and wind farms.

4. Manufacturing Industry: Raw synthetic graphite blocks are used for machining, welding, cutting tools, electrodes, molds, and other industrial applications. Fully machined graphite blocks, with high precision, are ideal for critical applications.

5. Semiconductor Industry: Fully machined graphite blocks are commonly used for manufacturing equipment components in the semiconductor industry.
